We have built a club of major independent law firms in various jurisdictions around the world and we will continue to add jurisdictions to this club model. Through this we are able to assist clients stepping out onto the international markets and similarly to assist clients coming into the UK for the first time.

We are closely linked to a number of major independent firms around the world enabling us to have access to local knowledge and capabilities and to offer a global perspective to clients. We are as a result following the flows of capital via this international club of law firms. We will work closely with these firms so as to develop opportunities and to work jointly on projects.
